Rates and Policies

Rental rates are determined by the size of your event: Rates are currently $2000 for up to 300 guests. This fee is for renting the event site only. Guests are responsible for arranging food, music, chairs, decorations ...etc. This is a 3 day rental. Rental includes set up time they day before your event and clean up time the day after. Guests are renting the fenced in pond site and the immediate parking area.

Advance deposit is 50% of the rental fee and due upon booking the site. To confirm your date, we will need to meet and sign the contract. Approximately 60 days before your event, we will schedule a walk through to finalize plans, review procedures, receive the balance due and a certificate of liability insurance.
If you need to cancel your event 31-60 days before your date it, will result in forfeiture of the advance deposit.
Cancellation within 30 days of the event will result in Millers Pond retaining the total rental rate. We realize it can happen and recommend The Event Helper wedding insurance.
A security deposit is required at booking, the dollar amount will be calculated and quoted depending on the size of your event. The security deposit will be refunded within 30 days if the premises are left in satisfactory condition. If unusual cleaning or repairs are needed, Millers Pond will deduct the cost from the security deposit. The unused portion, if any, will be returned to the renter. If damages exceed the amount of the deposit, the renter agrees to pay the exceeding amount.
Full clean up after your event, including trash removal, is the responsibility of the renter. The pond site and and surrounding used areas must be restored to their pre event condition. In the event that you would like to contract for clean-up service it may be available an additional rate of $75.00 per hour.
