From Auburn / Grass Valley

HWY 49 to Grass Valley

* Exit HWY 174-Colfax, left onto So. Auburn ST
continue under the FWY to the third light
* Turn left onto Main Street- Main street goes uphill through town and becomes Rough & Ready HWY at the Alta Street stop sign. Continue 2 miles more to the next stop sign,

* Turn right onto Bitney Springs RD. Continue for 2 miles,

* Turn right onto Personeni Lane, a gravel road. 12 MPH Speed Limit on ranch roads.

* Travel past the pastures, farm houses and the big wooden barn

* Turn right onto Millers driveway, house is on the left fork, pond is on the right fork.

From Nevada City Hwy 49 towards Downieville. approx 2.5 miles

* Turn left onto Newtown Road, wind down for 3.5 miles,

* Turn right onto Empress until it ends.

* Turn right onto Bitney Springs Rd

* Take the next right onto Personeni Lane, a gravel road. 12 MPH Speed Limit on ranch roads.
* Travel past the pasture, farm houses and the big wooden barn

* Turn right onto Millers driveway, house is on the left fork, pond is on the right fork.
